One Process, Every Category
It's an easy assumption to make, given how much engagement ring content exists on any bespoke jeweller's site: that the bespoke process is really an engagement ring process, and other pieces are somehow secondary. That's not the case here. Whether you're commissioning a diamond pendant, a signet ring, a tennis bracelet, or a pair of cufflinks, the stages are identical.
The Stages, Category by Category
Consultation — free, no obligation, by video call or WhatsApp. We ask about budget, style, and how the piece will be worn, exactly as we would for an engagement ring.
Stone or material sourcing — for pieces involving a diamond or gemstone, we shortlist certified options matched to your brief. For pieces built primarily around metal and engraving — a signet ring, cufflinks — this stage focuses on metal weight, finish, and personalisation instead.
CAD design and approval — a photorealistic render of the finished piece, reviewed and approved by you in writing before anything is made. This applies identically across every category.
Production and delivery — typically six to eight weeks from approved design to delivery, regardless of piece type, though simpler designs can move faster.
