How it works
The Bespoke Journey
A clear, structured process from first conversation to final delivery. Most commissions complete in four to six weeks from approved design.

Consultation
We discuss your idea, budget, timeline, and how the piece will be worn.
3–7 days
Stone Sourcing
We shortlist GIA or IGI certified diamonds or coloured gemstones matched precisely to your brief.
5–10 days
Design Development
Proportions, setting height, comfort fit, and stone protection refined until the design is exactly right.

You confirm the final CAD, stone selection, and agreed pricing before a single piece of metal is worked. Nothing moves forward without this.
This is the most important step in the process. You are in full control. We present the final design, your chosen stone, and the complete cost — and nothing proceeds until you confirm in writing. No surprises. No pressure. No obligation until this point.

Production
Your piece is crafted to specification with secure settings and careful finishing throughout.

Inspection and Delivery
We check finish quality, stone alignment, and setting security before dispatch. Your ring arrives ready to wear.
BEFORE ANYTHING IS MADE
You will see your ring from every angle before we touch the metal
Once your stone is chosen, we produce a full CAD render of your ring. You will receive a detailed 3D visualisation showing the piece from multiple angles — exactly as it will be made.
Nothing proceeds until you have reviewed the design, asked any questions, and confirmed in writing that you are happy. There is no pressure and no fixed deadline at this stage.

THE FINISHING DETAILS
Everything that comes with your piece
Your ring does not arrive alone. Every commission includes the documentation, packaging, and ongoing support that come with a considered piece of jewellery.
Your ring
Made to the approved CAD specification, finished by hand, and ready to wear on arrival.
Hallmark punch
Every piece is tested and struck at a UK Assay Office. The hallmark confirms metal purity — 18ct, 9ct, or 950 platinum — and is a legal requirement for pieces above the minimum weight threshold.
Stone certificate
Where a GIA or IGI certified diamond is used, the grading report is included. This confirms the exact carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity of your stone.
Jewellery box
Presented in an À Vie jewellery box, ready for gifting or long-term safekeeping.
Ongoing support
We remain available after delivery for any questions, resizing guidance, or future commissions.
