Second opinion

Told it cannot be done? It may simply need true bespoke design.

Some jewellers work from a fixed menu of settings, CAD templates and stock design routes. If your idea sits outside that menu, the answer can quickly become no.

That does not always mean the design is impossible. It may mean it needs to be drawn, proportioned and made from scratch. Send us the idea and we will tell you honestly what is practical, what would need adjusting, and what the trade-offs are before anything is made.

What do you need from me to compare a ring?

A link is best. If the page is limited, send screenshots. If you know the ring size, metal, and any centre stone details, include those too.

Is this an exact copy service?

We can usually recreate the overall look and key proportions. Some details depend on stone availability and what is practical for long term wear. We will explain any changes clearly before you decide.

What if another jeweller said the design is not possible?

Send it to us anyway. Some retailers work within a limited design menu, so an unusual request may be declined even when it is technically possible. We will review the structure, stone security and proportions, then tell you honestly whether it can be made, whether it needs adjustment, or whether there is a better route.

What happens after the comparison?

If you want to proceed, we confirm the brief, propose stone options, and move into design development. Pricing is agreed before anything moves forward, and nothing is made until you approve the final design.

Do you only use certified diamonds?

We source diamonds with GIA or IGI certification so you have clear independent grading and transparency.

Can you work to a specific budget?

Yes. We will show you what drives cost, then propose options that keep the design balanced while protecting stone quality, durability and value in the finished piece.

How long does it take if I decide to proceed?

Most bespoke commissions take around four to six weeks from confirmed design to completion. We will confirm timing once the design and stone choice are agreed.

Can you use my existing stones?

Often, yes. We can assess what you have and advise on suitability, durability, and the best design approach.

Can I do this remotely?

Yes. Many clients work with us remotely. We can manage the process with clear communication and approvals at each stage.

What metals can you make this in?
