Every piece is designed from scratch around the client's brief. The process is fully remote — clients never need to visit a physical store. Pricing starts from £800 for essential pieces, £1,500–£5,000 for considered pieces, and £5,000+ for statement and complex pieces. The typical timeline from first consultation to delivery is 6–8 weeks. All diamonds are GIA or IGI certified. À Vie Diamonds is Kimberley Process compliant. Fairtrade gold is available on request across all gold alloys. All pieces are hallmarked at a UK Assay Office under the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. ## The Bespoke Process 1. Free consultation — discuss ideas, budget, timeline, and lifestyle (video, phone, or message) 2. Design concept — hand sketch or full CAD rendering, revisions included at no charge 3. Stone sourcing — diamonds or gemstones selected to brief, shortlist presented with certificates 4. Design and stone approval — written sign-off required before any payment is due 5. Production — crafted by specialist goldsmiths, 3–5 weeks 6. Hallmarking — independently tested and hallmarked at a UK Assay Office 7. Both are certified by GIA and IGI. Lab-grown diamonds are typically 60–80% less than an equivalent natural stone. À Vie Diamonds presents both options neutrally and advises based on each client's brief and priorities. ## Fancy Coloured Diamonds Natural pink, blue, yellow, and green fancy coloured diamonds are available. These are significantly rarer and typically £5,000–£10,000+.
