    How it works

    Buying a loose diamond is the first step. We handle everything that follows — from design to setting to delivery.

    01 Step one

    Choose your diamond

    Browse our certified diamonds. Each stone is GIA or IGI graded — carat, colour, clarity, and cut are listed on every listing. If you have a budget in mind but are unsure where to start, get in touch and we will help you narrow it down.

    02 Step two

    Tell us how you want it set

    Once you have chosen a stone, we design the ring around it. You can describe a style you have in mind, share a reference image, or ask us to propose something based on the stone's character. We work through the design with you before any metal is cut.

    03 Step three

    We make it

    Your ring is made by hand by specialist goldsmiths. We send you photography at each key stage — the setting before stone placement, and the finished piece before dispatch. Most commissions complete within four to six weeks from design sign-off.

    04 Step four

    Delivered, insured, certified

    Your finished piece arrives with its original grading certificate, hallmarked in the metal you chose, and fully insured in transit. We include guidance on aftercare and are available for any questions after delivery.
